GENERAL CONDITIONS
I accept Paypal, cash or money transfers in Euro to my bank account.
I require 50% of the total price upfront when you place the order and the balance upon completion of your commission unless agreed otherwise.
The models remain my property until I have received final payment and under no circumstances will I release the order until I have received this final payment.
There is no "not satisfied money back" warranty. You are part of the building process because of the regular photographic progress reports that I will send you so you can and should let me know immediately when something is not how you wanted it. If you do not than you accept the finished model "as it is".

Your models are packed and sent in the safest and best possible way. I always obtain proof of shipment and proof of reception and I will always send the models by registered mail unless you specifically tell me not to. However, please understand that shipment of the models is at your own risk. I will not accept responsibility for models lost in the mail, even when they were sent by registered mail, but I will of course do my utmost to track them down for you.
Postal insurance is available upon your request and it is of course advisable for high value commissions.
I reserve the right to use pictures of the finished models for promotional purposes.
